In fact, the Archives just began offering a new online service called Footnote which is available only in
the Archives room.  Here is information about Footnote:

before on the Internet, relating to the Revolutionary War, Civil War, WWI, WWI, US Presidents, historical
newspapers, naturalization documents and more as they are continually being added.

Founded in 1997, Footnote.com provides users with an unaltered view of the events, places and people
that shaped the American nation and the world. Copies of these original documents may be printed.

Footnote.com can only be accessed in person at the Archives. The hours are Tuesday and Wednesday
from 1:00 – 8:00 PM and Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10:00 to 5:00 PM.
